Working pressure is the main pressure of teachers in Colleges and universities, is one of the main effect factors in College Teachers’ mental health. The job stress and health in mediating factors, on individual health maintenance plays an important role. Social support and coping style of pressure events as the mediator between stress and response, can affect the individual pressure reaction process, and reduce or exacerbate the individual the feeling of stress and affect their physical and mental health. Along with the social support and coping research and development, more and more researchers regard social support on coping research, but also affect the individual response to an important factor.This research adopts the comprehensive study orientation. The University Teachers’ social support and job stress phase node station, the college teachers’ the daily work stress situation and specific stress situations, the combination of individual variable and situational variables in combination, different social support level and the corresponding job stress coping node consistency, but also different in the context of social support level and the related work stress coping combination. Using a questionnaire survey, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis and other methods, the system examines the relationship between social support and job stress, support functions and strategy orientation and other indicators. This paper systematically discusses the University Teachers’ social support on job stress condition.This research is divided into four parts. The first chapter is the introduction, involving the University Teachers’social support and job stress of the research background, literature review, definition and research hypothesis. The second chapter is the research methods, including questionnaire design selection and preparation, investigation method, the use of object selection, application of statistical analysis and sample basic condition. The third chapter for statistical analysis, involving the working pressure of college teachers of teachers’job stress factor analysis, correlation analysis and social support and job stress among the multiple regression analysis.The study reached the following conclusions:1, the college teachers’ job stress questionnaire and social support questionnaire,with good social measurement.2, working pressure of college teachers interpersonal environment, occupation, self and social expectations, work load, occupation development, scientific factors in six types of.3, teachers in Colleges and universities in the social support, the highest level for the subjective support, objective support, organizational support, followed by.4, the integrated view of College Teachers’ job stress, there are significant gender differences (male> female), degree difference, time difference, from teaching according to the next promotion time differences, differences and differences in the nature of duty school (key) general).5, University Teachers’ social support and job stress there is a correlation between the different types of social support, role and impact of job stress on specific aspects of each are not identical.
