With the rapid development of China's social economy,the cause of education has also been booming.After the reform and opening up,the scale of higher education continues to expand,and the requirements of teaching quality and teachingability continue to improve.Nowadays,our country has entered a new era Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.In the face of the pace of educational reform and innovation is speeding up,people's need for a better life is growing day by day,and the young teachers' pressure,as the main force of college teachers,is also consta ntly upgrading.This paper combs the relevant theories of the research on the working pressure of the young teachers in universities,and uses the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate working pressure of the young teachers who are specialized in teaching and scientific research under 40 years old in Y University.Questionaires were made investigate through distributing and collecting on site.SPSS 22.0 statistical software is used to analyze the status and the factors of the young teachers' working pressure by the single factor analysis and multiple regression analysis,so as to get countermeasures and suggestions of relieving their working pressure.First of all,it introduces the young teachers' basic situation and its work situation in Y University,and analyzes the pressure status of young teachers from four aspects: working time,working salary,working load and working pressure.Secondly,it analyzes the work pressure source of young teachers from three levels of school,family and individual,and let us understand the performance of pressure from the physical symptoms,psychological symptoms and behavioral response.Finally,through the cross analysis of the subjective and objective influencing factors of the young teachers' working pressure in Y University,it explores the countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the work pressure from three aspects:the government creates the social environment,the school establishes the relevant system and mechanism,and the individual strengthens the ability in resisting pressure.In recent years,With the deepening development of China's higher educationreform and innovation,people have begun to pay closer attention to the work pressure problems of young teachers in university.In the future development,it will become the focus of increasing attention.With the increasing work pressure of young teachers,it is bound to bring lots of unfavorable effects to their work.So we should take some effective ways to solve it rationally,otherwise it will not only affect the overall quality of young teachers in universities,but also have a great impact on teaching quality and long-term development of universities.In the above background environment,this paper carries out a further study on the status,manifestation,causes and impact of the young teachers' work pressure in universities,so it is particularly important to seek effective measures to solve this problem.
