| With the on-going deepening of the reform of the higher education system & the great expanding of the higher education scale, higher education in china is witnessing a new trend from elite education to the mass or qualify education.The number of penury students was sharp enlarged by the college recruit and the increasing education charge. In order to lighten their economic pressure and realize educational equity, native supporting-education loan policy was implemented since 1999 in my country.Since being carried out, the native supporting-education loan has a great effect on releasing the students' economic pressure and keeping the teaching order. At the same time there are till many problems, for example, the low loan ratio, the obvious disequilibrium in the different areas and colleges, and the high bilk ratio, etc. By the detail analysis and internationalization comparison of the main issues of the loan, the suggestion to perfect the existing policy of native supporting-education loan is proposed in this paper.The first chapter in this paper illustrates the motivation of this study, the background of the title, the research aim & methods and the development & adjustor of the native supporting-education loan policy.The second chapter in this paper illustrates the questionnaire analysis & visitation in four universities, the questionnaire summarization and the benefit analysis to the students, university, bank and government.In chapter 3, the successful modes about native supporting-education loan policy in America, Canada, Japan, Korea and Hongkong are compared and studied, then used for reference to gain the mode fitting our country.The chapter 4 is the core part of this paper. In this chapter, the adjustable suggestion about the native supporting-education loan policy is proposed, and the ideal mode is described in detail.In the last chapter, the practical conditions are analyzed to how to perfect the native supporting-education loan policy.
