Objective: To observe the cAMP contents in amygdale of rats in different moment after endurance swimming and intermittent load swimming. Methods:Fristy, fifty five male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group (n=5), endurance swimming (n=25) and Intermittent Ford swimming group(n=25).To establish the training model of endurance swimming and Intermittent load swimming of rats, and detect the cAMP contents in amygdale of rats in different moment (the moment,0.5h, 1h,2h, 4h)after endurance swimming and Intermittent load swimming by cAMP ELISA methods. Then statistically analyze the results. The result showed that 1:the density of cAMP in the amygdale was high at the instant,30min, 60min,120min and 240min after endurance swimming exercise, and appeared significant difference as compared with the control group (P<0.05), and it gets to the top significantly at 30min and 60min (P<0.01); the density of camp in the amygdale was first went up, and then dropped.
