Objective:Observed two different kinds of swimming movements (continuous exercise, intermittent exercise) after the cAMP concentration in rat hippocampus, and to explore ways in different swimming may be the mechanism of cAMP in rat hippocampus.Methods:55 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into continuous groups (n=25 rats) and the intermittent group (n=25 rats), the control group (n=5 rats). Rat swimming model (continuous exercise, intermittent exercise), using double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) determination of cAMP concentration in rat hippocampus 5 different times (immediately,30min,60min,120min,240min) of the changes, and use statistical software for data analysis.Results:(1) The pre-training groups (control group, continuous group, intermittent group) body weight compared with no significant difference (P>0.05); training in control rats gained weight faster; continued rats body weight decreased significantly in the first 2 weeks, and then remained stable; intermittent rats body weight increased slightly, but the groups there was no significant difference. Intermittent group, sustained body weight in rats were lower than the control group, and has a very significant difference (P<0.01). (2) Compared with the control group, continuous group of hippocampal cAMP concentrations rose after the first fall, in the immediate,60min, 120min,240min decline, there is a significant difference (p<0.05); in 60min to reach the minimum value (P<0.01); slightly higher than 30 min after exercise, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). (3) Compared with the control group, intermittent cAMP concentration in rat hippocampus and the first and then decreased gradually increasing the magnitude of changes after exercise 240min cAMP concentration reached its peak, there is a significant difference (P<0.01); and after exercise,30min,120min cAMP concentration in a downward trend, there is a significant difference (P<0.01); immediately after exercise,60min cAMP concentration increased slightly, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Different ways swimming different impact on hippocampal cAMP, and control body weight in rats may have some impact. Continuous group and intermittent group sustained cAMP concentration have emerged serrating features, but there are significant differences in variation. CAMP concentration in rat hippocampus continued down after the first rise, intermittent cAMP concentration in rat hippocampus and the first and then decreased gradually increasing the magnitude of changes. |
