Study Of Traditional Chinese Medcine Syndrome And Related Factors Of Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective:To discuss the distribution of Traditional Chinese medcine syndrome and related factors of perimenopausal syndrome. To discuss relation between syndromes and related factors.Methods:After consulted related articles recent 20 years about perimenopausal syndrome, a questionnaire about TCM syndrome and related factors of perimenopausal syndrome were designed. The method of retrospective investigation were adopted, the cases which were accord with the diagnostic standard of perimenopausal syndrome and were visited in gynecology clinic of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM were selected. The questionnaires were filled and induced, then analysis of frequency and contingency table were compiled with SPSS 17.0.Results:The maximal frequency of TCM syndrome factors in 120 cases were deficiency of the kidney(110 cases, accounted for 91.7%), and then were stagnation of liver-qi(78 cases, accounted for 65%).4 patterns were divided by syndrome differentiation according to research data at home and abroad and clinical requests with diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome:Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, Yang deficiency of the kidney, Yin and Yang deficiency of the kidney, deficiency of blood of heart and liver. According to priority, Yin deficiency of liver and kidney were the most(68 cases, accounted for 56.7%), then were Yin and Yang deficiency of the kidney(29 cases, accounted for 24.2%), Yang deficiency of the kidney(13 cases, accounted for 10.8%) and deficiency of blood of heart and liver(10 cases, accounted for 8.3%). The analytic result about the related factors revealed:there were correlations between perimenopaulsal syndrome and domicile, occupation, educational attainments, family relation, the number of pregnancy and delivery, the course of disease; there were correlations between the course of disease and the number of pregnancy, the number of delivery, family relation, the way of menopaulsal(P<0.05); there were correlations between the pattern and the number of pregnancy, the number of delivery, the way of menopaulsal(P<0.05). Conclusion:(1) The main pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of perimenopaulsal syndrome were deficiency of the kidney, stagnation of liver-qi.(2) Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, Yin and Yang deficiency of the kidney were common pattern.(3) there were correlations between perimenopaulsal syndrome and domicile, occupation, educational attainments, family relation, the number of pregnancy and delivery, the course of disease; there were correlations between the course of disease and the number of pregnancy, the number of delivery, family relation, the way of menopaulsal; there were correlations between the pattern and the number of pregnancy, the number of delivery, the way of menopaulsal.
