Investigation And Analysis On Women Of Perimenopausal Syndrome Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physique And Related Factors

Objective:This research mainly guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine physique,using epidemiological research methods, study on perimenopausal syndrome patients physical distribution,the related factors influencing the perimenopausal syndrome pathogenesis.Through the statistical analysis,we explore the perimenopausal syndrome risk factors and the susceptible physical.The theory of TCM constitution as a fundamental starting point,we can explore new ideas and new methods of prevention of perimenopausal syndrome and provide for effective diagnosis and treatment plan for the future of the valuably theoretical basis.Methods:Participants in the study voluntarily agreed, on this basis, and fill in the forms of questionnaire to survey.The self-designed questionnaire includes three forms,basic information questionnaire, menopausal transition influencing factors questionnaire and Chinese Medicine physique analysis table.Record valid questionnaires which are collected truly,and deal with the data using statistical software SPSS 19.0.Lastly,summary perimenopausal syndrome patients constitution type distribution characteristics and the related factors of the disease.Results:1.The case group TCM constitution type distribution s as follows:yin-asthenia constitution (26.67%)> qi- depression constitution (17.78%) > yang-asthenia constitution(16.11%)> phlegm-dampness constitution(12.22%)> qi-asthenia constitution (11.11%)> the peace constitution (8.33%)> stagnant-blood constitution (3.89%)> dampness-heat constitution(2.22%)> specific- endowment constitution (1.67%).2.The control group TCM constitution type distribution is as follows:the peace constitution (23.43%)> qi-asthenia constitution (17.71%)> yin-asthenia constitution (13.14%)> phlegm-dampness constitution (11.43%) > qi-depression constitution (10.29%)>yang-asthenia constitution (9.14%) > stagnant-blood constitution (8.00%)> dampness-heat constitution (4.57%) > specific- endowment constitution (2.29%)3.The case group and the control group to compare the distribution of each type of constitution:The two groups have a very significant difference (P<0.01) between two groups in the distribution of the peace constitution, yin-asthenia constitution.The two groups have a significant difference (P<0.05) between two groups in the distribution of qi-depression constitution, yang-asthenia constitution.There were no significant difference on the rest of the five kinds of physical distribution.4.Case group and control group in the educational level, family income, family relationships, chronic diseases, the working life stress, self health care consciousness have very significant differences (P<0.01)5.Case group and control group have a significant difference in terms of physical exercise (P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Biased individuals are more likely to suffer from the perimenopausal syndrome than gentle quality.2.Perimenopausal syndrome patients with yin-asthenia constitution is the most,secondly qi-depression constitution, yang-asthenia constitution.It is proved that yin-asthenia constitution,qi-depression constitution and yang-asthenia constitution are easy to happen perimenopausal syndrome.3.Educational level,family income,family relationship, chronic disease,the working life stress,physical exercise,self health care consciousness are related factors of perimenopausal syndrome occurring.
