Correlation Analysis And Clinical Practice Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome And Constitution In Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective: By exploring the correlation between TCM constitution and TCM syndromes of perimenopausal syndrome,and verifying it in clinical practice,we can provide clinical guidance for TCM treatment of perimenopausal syndrome from the perspective of TCM constitution.Methods: The patients with perimenopausal syndrome were judged by constitution and diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine,and the data between the two were summarized and tested for correlation.Guided by the law of clinical medication through the system theory,the prescription of "constitution plus or minus Baoqing Decoction" was prepared to treat patients with single syndrome type with different constitution,observe the treatment score before and after the treatment,and evaluate the efficacy.Results: 120 people participated in the survey and research,including 36 people with Yin deficiency constitution(30.00%),22 people with Qi stagnation constitution(18.33%),19 people with Yang deficiency constitution(15.83%),14 people with Qi deficiency constitution(11.67%),12 people with phlegm dampness constitution(10.00%),10 people with damp heat constitution(8.33%),and 7 people with blood stasis constitution(5.83%).According to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,57 patients(47.50%)with perimenopausal syndrome were diagnosed as kidney deficiency type,37 patients(30.83%)with liver stagnation and qi stagnation type,and 26 patients(21.67%)with heart kidney disharmony type.Among perimenopausal syndrome patients with yin deficiency constitution,there are 25 cases of kidney deficiency type,4 cases of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type,and 7 cases of heart kidney disjunction type;Among patients with perimenopausal syndrome with yang deficiency constitution,there are 17 cases of kidney deficiency type and 2 cases of heart kidney disjunction type;Among patients with perimenopausal syndrome with blood stasis constitution,there is 1 type of kidney deficiency and 6 types of liver stagnation and qi stagnation;Among patients with perimenopausal syndrome with phlegm dampness constitution,there are 3 cases of kidney deficiency,3cases of liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and 6 cases of heart kidney disjunction;Among perimenopausal syndrome patients with damp heat constitution,there are 8 cases of liver stagnation and qi stagnation,and 2 cases of heart kidney disjunction;Among perimenopausal syndrome patients with Qi deficiency constitution,there are 9 cases of kidney deficiency type,2 cases of liver stagnation and qi stagnation type,and 3 cases of heart kidney disjunction type;Among perimenopausal syndrome patients with Qi stagnation constitution,there are 2 cases of kidney deficiency type,14 cases of liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type,and 6 cases of heart kidney disjunction type;64 people participated in clinical research,including 29 people(45.3%)with Yin deficiency biased constitution,18people(28.1%)with Yang deficiency biased constitution,and 10 people(15.6%)with Qi deficiency biased constitution.Clinical efficacy score evaluation was conducted on 64 patients with perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency type treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 4 weeks.Among them,4 were clinically controlled,23 were significantly effective,32 were effective,and 5 were ineffective;The data shows that the effective rate of Baoqing Decoction for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is 92.2%.Conclusion: The susceptible constitution of patients with perimenopausal syndrome is yin deficiency constitution,qi depression constitution and yang deficiency constitution;The most common perimenopausal syndrome was diagnosed as kidney deficiency;Baoqing Decoction can effectively treat perimenopausal syndrome of kidney deficiency type.
