Objective: this study was to investigate the menopausal transition of osteoporosis disease related factors,and the syndromes distribution characteristics were discussed. Methods: under the guidance of tutor amt chief physician, use cases, comparison research method,in patients with osteoporosis,menopausal transition and analyzed the clinical data of healthy women, find out the pathogenesis of the disease related factors and symptoms in patients with osteoporosis, menopausal transition through statistical analysis, explore the characteristics of distribution and differentiation of syndromes of the disease.Results: 1. By x2 test and t test, summed up the case group and control group was statistically significant factors: comparing differences in age, body mass index, living area, occupation distribution, degree of education, diet, living habits, menstruation, motherhood. 2. According to the result of clustering analysis, osteoporosis, menopausal transition can be divided into the kidney Yang deficiency, kidney deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, kidney essence deficiency and kidney Yin and Yang, spleen kidney Yang deficiency and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome type of seven. Conclusion: 1. Summarized the menopausal transition and the risk factors of osteoporosis. 2. The use of clustering analysis statistic method is helpful to classify basic syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. 3. The current in the menopausal transition of osteoporosis disease related factors and characteristics of TCM syndrome distribution flow has a certain of practical significance to guide clinical work.
