Experimental Research On Treating MsPGN With Shen Li Kang Capsule

Objective:Shen Li Kang Capsule (SLKC) is one effective prescription to treat mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN) by my advisor based on tens of years clinical experience.This research was designed through theoretical analysis and experimental observation, an objective evaluation of shen li kang treatment of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis and to explore the theoretical basis for its mechanism, in order to develop an effective drug treatment MsPGN provide the theoretical basis and experimental evidence.Methods:The animal experiments rat mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis animal models were randomly divided into five groups, control group (A), model group (B), shenLi Kang capsule edge high-dose group (C), shenLi Kang capsule low dose group (D), nephritis Rehabilitation tablet group (E), the ratio of 1:1 in each group, each group was plus 20% off rates, both 15, will force kidney capsule and renal recovery films Suspension made of powder with distilled water, are used gavage for 12 weeks after the observation of venous blood taken control.Resuits:Experimental results show that every treatment groups reduced mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis due to the role of proteinuria, but shen Li Kang optimal high-dose group, indicating shen Li Kang Granule on serum sickness of MSPGN model rats have significant role in reducing proteinuria. Immunohistochemistry results showed that the above-mentioned role of the shen Li Kang is by influencing TGF-β1 and CTGF expression, thus inhibiting mesangial cell proliferation and extracellular matrix synthesis, inhibit fibrosis, resulting in glomerular sclerosis and achieve.Conclusion:Experimental studies have shown that shen Li-kang can effectively improve renal mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis in rats in general signs, reduce urinary protein, reduce the renal pathological changes, by affecting the TGF-β1 and CTGF expression, protection of renal function, with anti-fibrosis, inhibit glomerular sclerosis, promote the repair of renal lesions pharmacological effects, treatment of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis valid prescription, and its mechanism may be related to regulation and to enhance immune function, inhibit inflammatory reaction, inhibit mesangial cell proliferation and extracellular matrix accumulation, slow down the progress of glomerular sclerosis, increased renal blood flow, improve renal hypercoagulable state and increase the glomerular filtration rate.
