| Objective: Chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN) could be caused by all kinds of disease and with different pathological types in glomerulus caused by immune disorder. It was paid the attention on Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) because that is a common pathological type in renal disease. The clinic study show that the half of paitents with kidney disease were MsPGN by kidney biopsy and a part of them go to Glomerulosclerosis and renal failure. MsPGN is a major kidney disease that is harmful to human health. The study is to investigate the effct and mechanisms of SLT on rat MsPGN modle that mediated by immunization.Method: Model of MsPGN was made with immunization. All rats were randomly divided into four groups: Sham group, Model group, TW group and SLT group. 24h urine protein was determinated with the trichloroacetic acid turbidimetry. Serum TP, ALB, TC, TG, LDL, HDL, BUN and Cr were assayed with automatic biochemistry analyzer.
