The Research On The Relative Theory Of The Heart And Spleen And Law Of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Objective:To investigate the physiological contact between the heart and spleen-stomach, as well as the correlation between the pathogenesis of spleen-stomach and heart diseases; Selected Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease (CHD) as the study site to investigate the proportion of the spleen-stomach syndromes in CHD syndromes, as well as distribution.Methods:The theoretical research and clinical research methods.1. Theory:By the "Nei Jing", "Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases" and other ancient literature and modern research for nearly a decade of search to the spleen and stomach as a starting point, put forward that the pathogenesis of the spleen and stomach is the important impact of the heart diseases, and the spleen and stomach play an important role in the treatment of heart diseases.2.Clinical investigation:From the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medecine, Dongying City People's Hospital, Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang City, Guangrao County People's Hospital, and Qihe County People's Hospital's cardiovascular medical patients, collect diagnosed CHD cases, investigate the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, investigations related to inspection, and carry out syndrome differentiation, to analysis spleen and stomach syndromes in CHD syndromes, as well as distribution.Results:1. Theoretical studies:the spleen and stomach is the source of acquired constitution, the source of generating Qi and blood, and the pivot of rising and falling of Qi, related closely to the heart in the physical, and it's dysfunction plays an important role on the incidence of diseases of the heart.2. Clinical investigation:Collected 232 clinical CHD cases, see 232 cases of major patterns of syndromes, and the witness types of syndromes with a total of 324 cases, of which 241 cases are the spleen and stomach syndromes, accounting for 74.38 percent, mainly with the liver-stomach disharmony syndrome, the heart-spleen deficiency syndrome, the damp-heat in middle-Jiao syndrome, the hepatosplenic disorder syndrome.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of the spleen and stomach plays an important role on the incidence of diseases of the heart. Spleen and stomach syndromes play an important role in CHD syndromes, mainly with the liver-stomach disharmony syndrome, the heart-spleen deficiency syndrome, the damp-heat in middle-Jiao syndrome, the hepatosplenic disorder syndrome.
