Analysis And Research On The Treatment Of Spleen And Stomach Disorders By Leveling And Returning To The Source And Clinical Observation On Functional Dyspepsia(Spleen Deficiency Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

This article is mainly divided into two parts.The first part mainly introduces the origin and connotation of the leveling and returning source theory.The method of leveling and returning to the source is based on the basic attributes,physiology,pathology,etiology and pathogenesis of spleen and stomach,and the rule of treatment of spleen and stomach,as proposed by Professor Li Xuejun in the Yellow Emperor’s Canon,according to Guizhi Tang,Xiao Chaihu Tang,Sini San,Xiexin Tang and other representative prescriptions refer to the spleen and stomach theory proposed by later medical practitioners such as Cheng Wuji,Zhang Jingyue and Wang Ang,and combined with their own nearly 30 years of clinical experience,put forward a great method for treating spleen and stomach disease.The aim is to achieve the "efficiency of qi,blood and biochemistry source" by "adjusting yin and yang,regulating viscera,regulating qi and blood,regulating deficiency and realism,regulating cold and heat,and regulating ascending and descending".And under the guidance of leveling and returning to the source,according to the characteristics of different symptoms of spleen and stomach disease,Professor Li created the spleen and stomach Peiyuan formula,spleen and stomach Peiyuan powder,spleen and stomach Peiyuan enema formula,and Tiaozhong Sanpifang,Jianpixiaopifang,Qingwei Jiangnifang and other experience recipes,are widely used in clinical practice,the effect is obvious.The next part is the application research of leveling the source method and Jianpixiaopifang in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.1 Method: 60 cases of FD patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type were selected from the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology of Anhui Acupuncture Hospital and randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was orally administered with Jianpixiaopfang and the control group was orally administered with Mosapride.After four weeks of continuous treatment To compare the single points and total points of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,the efficacy and total effective rate of TCM symptoms,serum MTL levels,quality of life scores,and safety during treatment.2 Results:(1)TCM symptom total score: within the group: after the treatment,the total score of the two groups decreased compared with that before the treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;comparison between groups: the treatment group after treatment.The total score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better in the treatment effect;(2)TCM symptom single points: comparison between the groups: the treatment group had gastric bloating after treatment.The curative effect of pain,appetite,fatigue,and nausea and vomiting was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference was not significant in radon and stool looseness(P>0.05).Comparison within the group: The individual scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group was more in terms of appetite,belching,thin stools,and nausea and vomiting.Improvement before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the remaining differences were not significant(P>0.05);(3)Efficacy of TCM symptoms: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 66.67%.After Wilcoxon rank sum test P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group;(4)Plasma MTL content: the plasma MTL levels of the treatment group and the control group were higher than before treatment,and the treatment The plasma MTL level in the post-treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)Quality of life level: the quality of life levels of the two groups were improved compared to the previous,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Test P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;(6)Safety evaluation: no obvious discomfort and adverse reactions occurred before and after treatment in both groups.3 Conclusion: The leveling and returning source method has obvious curative effect on spleen deficiency qi stagnation type FD,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of spleen deficiency qi stagnation type FD,improve plasma MTL level,improve patient’s quality of life,and has no adverse reactions and high safety.It has a certain guiding role for the clinical treatment of spleen deficiency qi stagnation type FD.
