Theoretical Research On Heart And Spleen In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Based on the theory of visceral manifestation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this study deeply studies the close relationship between heart and spleen and the internal mechanism between them,as well as the role they play as a community in the internal environment of "five zang organs in one" and the external environment of"correspondence between heaven and man".The holism of Zang Xiang can be summarized as the holism rooted in the interior of "Zang is in the interior,and the holism rooted in the exterior of" five zang organs should respond to five seasons ".The root of "Zang is in the interior,Xiang is in the exterior" lies in the interior wholeness,and the root of "five zang organs should respond to five seasons" lies in the exterior wholeness,which is the deep mechanism to maintain the wholeness of Zang and Xiang.Whether it is the internal integrity of "Zang is in the interior,and the holism rooted in the exterior of" or the external integrity of "five zang organs should be five seasons",it reflects the holistic concept of visceral manifestation in Traditional Chinese Medicine,and under the guidance of the heart,it cooperates with the five zang organs to form an organic whole of internal and external organs.In this paper,the correlation between heart and spleen is systematically studied.From the aspects of "Five Zang mutual accumulation,Qi and blood homology;five Zang Yin and Yang,mutual control and mutual use;five elements Shengke,systematization and regulation",this paper carries out in-depth research on the heart and spleen,which can not only excavate the deep connotation of the heart and spleen related theory,but also improve the clinical effectiveness of the diagnosis and treatment of heart and spleen related diseases.There is a close relationship between the heart and spleen,and the correlation between the heart and spleen also plays an important physiological role in life activities.The theoretical connotation of the relationship between the heart and spleen mainly includes: the theoretical origin of the relationship between the heart and spleen;the physiological basis of the relationship between the heart and spleen;the direct mechanism of the relationship between the heart and spleen;the indirect mechanism of the relationship between the heart and spleen;the physiological embodiment of the relationship between the heart and spleen.The internal correlation between heart and spleen determines the role of heart and spleen in life.The physiological basis related to heart and spleen are: Qi and blood channels;meridians connected;airway connected;water channel connected.The direct mechanism of action related to heart and spleen: Heart Yang and Spleen Yin are used for each other;fire and soil are the source of Biochemistry;heart governs blood vessels and spleen governs blood;heart and spleen govern mind and mind,and mind governs mind.The indirect mechanisms of action related to heart and spleen are: heart and spleen related to stomach;heart and spleen related to small intestine;heart and spleen related to kidney;heart and spleen related to liver;heart and spleen related to lung.The physiological manifestations related to heart and spleen are: transforming blood into essence;harmonizing blood circulation;ascending clear to Yang.To further explore the clinical problems related to heart and spleen,so as to further illustrate the practical significance of the theory of heart and spleen.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the following four aspects: the problem of "fire and vitality are not in opposition";the problem of "those who damage their heart,adjust their camp and defense";the problem of "benefiting fire and reinforcing soil";the problem of syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart and spleen,and expounds the embodiment of heart and spleen related theories in practical application.In the theory of viscera,there are not a few researches on viscera,but there are not many researches on heart and spleen.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value to conduct in-depth research and collation on the theory of heart and spleen.This study starts from the integrity of TCM viscera,to explore the correlation between heart and spleen,and the significance of heart and spleen correlation for forming a complete life.
