| Objective:Discuss the Variation of Clinical character Experiment Indicators of coronary heart disease, Cerebral Infarction and Its Association with 15 STR LociMethods:The cardiovascular disease ane Cerebral Infarction group consisted of 83 hospital-ized patients including 38males and 45 females, of which AMI group is 10, included 6 males and 4 females, Cerebral Infarction group is 43,including 21 males and 22 females and coronary heart disease group is 29,including 9males and 20 females.The biochemical control group consisted of 100 healthy people including 50 males and 50 females, who were randomly chosen through physical examination. The STR control group consisted of 100 non-related and healthy individuals including 50 males and 50 females. Intravenous blood sampling was collected for the test of TP, ALB, HDLC, LDLC, TG, UREA, CREA, GLU, hsCRP. All the above tests were carried out by with Hitachi 7600-020 Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. The test of WBC, Neu#, LY#, RBC, HGB and PLT was performed by XE2100 Automatic Analyzer. STR loci were tested by means of PCR and five-color fluorescent automatic detection,which included D8S1179,D21S11,D7S820,CSF1PO,D3S1358,D5S818,D13S317,D16S539,D2S1338,D19S433,VWA,D12S391,D18S51,D6S1043,FGA.Results:1. In the cardiovascular disease group:There was significant difference in these two loci D12S391-19, D6S1043-18 (P<0.05),in which,compared to non-related and healthy individuals group, The loci frequencies of D12S391-19 is higher than that in the control group,while in the loci D6S1043-18,the lower loci frequences of its is existed.2. In the Cerebral Infarction disease group:There was significant difference in these two loci D5S818-13, D13S317-12 (P<0.05),in which compared to non-related and healthy individuals group, The loci frequencies of D13S317-12 is higher than that in the control group,while in the loci D5S818-13,the lower loci frequences of its is existed.3. In the cardiovascular disease and Cerebral Infarction disease group:There was significant difference in these eight loci D12S391-19, FGA-23 and FGA-26 (P<0.05), in which,compared to non-related and healthy individuals group, The loci frequ(?)ncies of D8S12, D5S13,VWA17 and D6S18 is higher than that in the control group,while in these three loci D12S391-19, FGA-23, FGA-26,the lower loci frequences of these is existed.Conclusion:1. In the cardiovascular disease group:There is variation of Indicators of biochemistry, regular blood to different extent. The loci frequencies of D12S391-19, D6S1043-18 is higher than that in the control group, so there might be resistance genes to cardiovascular disease nearby. The loci frequencies of D12S391-19 is lower than that in the control group, so there might be genes nearby that are easy to catch cardiovascular disease.2. In the Cerebral Infarction disease group:There is variation of Indicators of biochemistry, regular blood to different extent. The loci frequencies of D5S818-13, D13S317-12 is higher than that in the control group, so there might be resistance genes to Cerebral Infarction nearby. The loci frequencies of D5S818-13 is lower than that in the control group, so there might be genes nearby that are easy to catch Cerebral Infarction disease.3. In the cardiovascular disease and Cerebral Infarction disease group:There is variation of Indicators of biochemistry, regular blood and immune system to different extent.The loci frequencies of STRs D12S391-19, FGA-23 and FGA-26 are higher than those in the control group, so there might be genes nearby that are easy to catch cardiovascular disease and Cerebral Infarction disease. |
