A Study On The Distribution Regularity Of TCM Syndromes Of Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular And Cerebrovascular Diseases

Objective:In recent years, With the rapid development of society, people living standard rise and the coming of aging population, Atherosclerosis disease in our country is increasing year by year. It has attracted more and more experts and scholars’attention. It has number of factors in participation, it take place in human’s large and medium-sized artery. The characterized of AS performance in coronary heart disease、cerebral atherosclerosis、aortic atherosclerosis、renal atherosclerosis、 mesenteric artery atherosclerosis and limb atherosclerosis. Heart and brain plays a very important role in the human body, The happening of the heart and head blood-vessel lumen stenosis or blocked mostly due to AS.It makes the heart or brain tissue is chemia hypoxia necrosis, even threatening the life. At present, Traditional Chinese Medicine lack of syndrome differentiation standard in domestic, because AS is a systemic disease and covers the types of diseases, so the type of syndrome is not unified, it is restricted the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical. This study using modern statistical methods to collection and analysis the literature of TCM syndromes in heart and head blood-vessel disease. Discuss the regularity of syndrome and syndrome element of TCM,To promote the AS disease syndromes research, To provide some reference for AS in TCM syndrome standardization.Methods:Through the computer to retrieve Chinese knowledge resource CNKI、Wan-fang and VIP. Searching the literature that Published in recent ten years about heart disease or cerebral infarction’s syndrome. Input the original data into computer then extract syndrome element, through software SPSS20.0 to analysis data, And then to statistic frequency and numbers. Between heart disease and cerebral infarction to summary the same and different syndromes. Looking for some rules in the TCM syndrome about heart disease and cerebral infarction.Results:(1)Heart disease of TCM syndrome study:there are 181 pieces literature about heart disease TCM syndrome and total of 38652 cases of patients. In these literature, there are 44 kinds of syndrome types. The frequency syndrome greater than 1% is blood stasis syndrome, phlegm stagnation syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, qi and yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm combined blood stasis syndrome, heart and kidney yin deficiency syndrome, qi deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, stagnation of yin-cold, heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, yang and qi deficiency syndrome, qi and yin deficiency syndrome accompanied with blood stasis, qi stagnation syndrome. The study extract 9 kinds of syndrome element, blood stasis, qi deficiency, phlegm turbidity, yin deficiency, qi stagnation, yang deficiency, cold coagulation, thermal(toxin),hyperactivity of yang.(2)Cerebral infarction of TCM syndrome study:there are 165 pieces literature about cerebral infarction TCM syndrome and total of 26185 cases of patients. In these literature,there are 49 kinds of syndrome types. The frequency syndrome greater than 1% is combined the phlegm and the blood stasis, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-heat and bowel-repletion syndrome, yin deficiency and wind hyperactivity syndrome, wind-fire harassing the upper body syndrome, wind-phlegm harassing the upper body syndrome, hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome, phlegm combined blood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, phlegm stagnation syndrome, qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, thermal toxin syndrome. The study extract 7 kinds of syndrome element, blood stasis, phlegm turbidity, wind syndrome, qi deficiency, thermal(toxin),yin deficiency, hyperactivity of yang.(3)Heart disease and Cerebral infarction of TCM syndrome study:there are 346 pieces literature about cerebral infarction TCM syndrome and total of 64810 cases of patients. In these literature, there are 88 kinds of syndrome types and extract 10 kinds of syndrome element. Empirical syndrome include blood stasis, phlegm turbidity, cold coagulation, qi stagnation, thermal(toxin),hyperactivity of yang, wind syndrome, deficiency syndrome include qi deficiency, yin deficiency, yang deficiency. The same syndromes between Heart disease and Cerebral infarction are qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm combined blood stasis syndrome, qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, phlegm stagnation syndrome, through chi-square test,we can find the same syndromes between Heart disease and Cerebral infarction are deep different. In the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome’s area, Cerebral infarction>Heart disease(P<0.05), At the phlegm combined blood stasis syndrome, qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, phlegm stagnation syndrome’s area, Heart disease>Cerebral infarction (P< 0.05).The same syndrome element between Heart disease and Cerebral infarction are phlegm turbidity, blood stasis, thermal(toxin),hyperactivity of yang, qi deficiency and yin deficiency, through chi-square test,we can find the same syndrome element between Heart disease and Cerebral infarction are deep different. At the blood stasis, qi deficiency and yin deficiency’s area, Heart disease>Cerebral infarction(P<0.05).At the phlegm turbidity, thermal(toxin),hyperactivity of yang’s area, Cerebral infarction>Heart disease (P<0.05).Heart disease (CHD) have syndrome element are qi stagnation, yang deficiency and cold coagulation, but Cerebral infarction hasn’t; Cerebral infarction has wind syndrome, but heart disease (CHD) hasn’t.Conclusion:(1) through this study, we can find 88 kinds of syndromes in it, there are 21 kinds of syndromes more than 1%,these syndromes mainly reflect etiology and syndrome characteristic in the AS disease(Heart disease and Cerebral infarction).Besides, there are 67kinds of syndrome lower than 1%,these is very disperse. Like the frequent lower than 6 also have 28 kinds of syndrome, these result conform to the AS syndrome characteristic.(2) This study came to conclusion same syndromes and syndrome element from literature about Heart disease and Cerebral infarction, The same syndromes are qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm combined blood stasis syndrome, qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, phlegm stagnation syndrome. The same syndrome element are phlegm turbidity, blood stasis, thermal(toxin),hyperactivity of yang, qi deficiency, yin deficiency. Heart disease (CHD) have syndrome element are qi stagnation, yang deficiency and cold coagulation, but Cerebral infarction hasn’t; Cerebral infarction has wind syndrome, but heart disease (CHD) are not involved it.
