Sub-stages Using Different Methods Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation To Observe The Clinical Efficacy

Objective:To investigate the different phases using different methods of acupuncture to improve lumbar disc herniation (Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion, LIDP) in patients with limb pain and dysfunction. Preliminary to clarify its treatment of lumbar disc herniation possible mechanism, and providing a basis for the clinical use of acupuncture.Methods:(1)The adoption of domestic and foreign literature study on lumbar disc herniation of the pathogenesis of Chinese and Western medicine, traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment research, as well as acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation Research Progress (2)Choice of diagnostic criteria in line with the 62 cases (with reference to the 1994 enactment of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the "efficacy of TCM diagnostic criteria for certification") of the patients with LIDP parallel control, random single-blind design method, using random number table generated by the subjects handled by a random arrangement, patients were divided into phases with different forms of acupuncture treatment group 30 cases, conventional non-acupuncture control group stages 32 cases, 10 days for 1 course of treatment, observation of two courses. Patients in each group were observed before treatment, treatment 1 treatment 2 treatment after the JOA score, VAS score and the visual form of the evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results: The results showed that the integrated score after treatment, two groups of patients and treatment of pre-integrated points of comparison, significant improvement (P <0.05); but the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). After 2 treatment course treatments, the treatment group cures 17 examples, to show results 7 examples, the effective 5 examples, not 1 example. The control group cures 10 examples, to show results 9 examples, the effective 10 examples, invalid 3 examples. The clinical curative effect and the healing rate aspect demonstrated after the chi-square test that two group of method of treatment clinical healing's rate difference has statistics significance, the treatment group surpasses the control group(P<0.05). Before the pain in waist and lower extremities function improvement and the ache grading aspect two groups treat treats JOA, the VAS grading to have the remarkable improvement (P<0.05) , And the treatment group compares the control group obviously (P<0.05) .Conclusion:1.Through literature research and clinical observations, summed up the initial acupuncture treatment of this disease with the basic prescription point;2.For lumbar disc herniation, the conventional treatment with uses the different acupuncture way treatment to be possible by stages to achieve the good clinical curative effect, but the distinct improvement patient's ache symptom, improves patient's waist thigh body function barrier and the quality of life, thus serves the treatment waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness purpose. But in the improvement ache symptom and the healing rate aspect, uses the different acupuncture way law to surpass the convention therapeutic schedule by stages.
