Clinical Study On The Effects Of Different Acupuncture Needling Huantiao Point On The Efficacy Of Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective:To observe the effects of different acupuncture needling Huantiao point on the efficacy of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusionMethods:The study numbered the 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, who satisfied the study standard, in the order of treatment, divided randomly into treatment group (group A),the control group (group B),and each 30.In group B every point is conventional acupuncture,while in group A it is requested to acupuncture Huantiao point to make the patients feel crura radioactive acupuncture,that is to stimulate the nerve trunk with conventional acupuncture on other points.Both groups were acupunctured once a day,30 minutes a time,during which we need to manipulate the needles 2-3 times. Then in all,7 times for a course and two days'break before the next course, the needed treatment course is two.We made experimenter fill the infomation on VAS score (pain score),JOA score (symptoms of functional scores) on three different observation time before the treatment, after the seven times'treatment and finish the treatment respectivelyResults:1.Seven times after treatment, there was a significantly difference on VAS score, JOA points both in group A and B(P>0.05);2.Fourteen times after treatment, the difference on VAS score,JOA points in group A and B was not significant(P> 0.05);.3.Fourteen times after treatment, when comparing the difference on VAS score,JOA points in group A and B before and after the treatment, the difference was significant(P<0.05);4.Fourteen times after treatment, the total effective rate in group A was 86.67%with group B 93.33%.According to my test there was no significant different.Results:There was no significant effect in total efficiency when treating sciatica with different acupuncture on Huantiao point. However, the acupuncture on Huantiao point made the crura radioactive acupuncture felt, which in the short term the analgesic performance was superior to conventional acupuncture.It is suggested that in clinical treatment of sciatica, only did the patients have severely pain in curare, can we take the measures of needling the nerve stem,and there was no need to observe the radiation needle feeling in curare.
