Objective:Family functioning and quality of life are the important indicators in the jobs and lives of medical staffs. According to analysing the influences of family functioning and quality of life for the medical staffs of Chifeng City Hospital,we can know some problems in the hospital manage- ment.This article is a survey on the key issues between family and job,the leaders of the hospital whether concern about the balance between family and work, and whether the medical staffs are contribute to their jobs.Methods:This study mainly used the literature method and the questionnaire survey method. Results applied the software analyzes the data,and analysed the relations of family functioning and quality of life to medical staffs with the t-test,One-way AVOVA, correlation analysis, mutiply regression.Results:1 The family functioning of medical staffs had an effect on marriage,health.2In the family functioning,solving,communication,behacior control have an effect on the evalucte that the subjective survey is about others'view to the work performance in the last three months.3 Gene of the quality of life of medical staffs had an effact on gender,calendar,nature of work,marital status.4 Dimensions of quality of life of medical personnel have an significant difference on the age, education, nature of work.5 Material life dimensions, physical function dimension, the dimension of psychological function, social function of the dimension and quality of life survey scores of medical staffs had an effect on subjective evaluation of the suryey results of their jobs in the past three months and that of others of their own subjective the work of performance evaluation in the past three months.Conclusion: 1 Establish Children Care Center. 2 Care for the physical health of hospital staff. 3 Implement the Hospital Employee Aid Scheme. 4 Use of the effective employee performance assessment reasonably and reward them 5 Give full attention to the maintenance of mental function of medical staffs, and conduct them to take psychological counselings and trainings.
