Clinical Study On The Correlation Between Halitosis Symptom And Hp Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis With Two Pattern Of Syndrome

Objective:Clinical study on the correlation between halitosis symptom and Hp of chronic superficial gastritis with two pattern of syndrome.Method:1.We choosed 60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis including 30 cases belonging to the group of splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome and 30 cases belonging to the group of deficient of fluid in stomach syndrome.2.Halitosis symptom of all objects were detected by nasil.We got the mucous membrane of all objects in gastric antrum part with the help of electronic gastroscope.The inflammation situation of gastric mucosa was diagnosed through electronic gastroscope and common pathological staining technology.Hp was detected through rapid urease teset(RUT).3.We ananlyzed all of the results.Results:1.Analysis of the Level of Halitosis Symptom: In the level of halitosis symptom,splenogastric hygropyrexia syndromede is more sever than deficient of fluid in stomach syndrome,however,the difference has no statistical significance on them(P＞0.05).2.Analysis of the Rate of Infection with Hp: In the rate of infection with Hp,splenogastric hygropyrexia syndromede is more higher than deficient of fluid in stomach syndrome,however,the difference has no statistical significance on them(P＞0.05).3.Analysis of the Correlation between Halitosis Symptom and thelnfection of Hp: The difference has statistical significance between halitosis symptom of two pattern of syndrqme and the infection of Hp(p＜0.05).Conclusion:There exists positive correlation between halitosis symptom and the infection of Hp of chronic superficial gastritis with splenogastric hygropyrexia syndromede and deficient of fluid in stomach syndrome.The correlation is obvioused in splenogastric hygropyrexia syndrome.
