Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Dispersal Retention Medicinal Granules To The Level Of E₂,P And Immunizing Indexes CA125 Of Endometriosis Of Damp-Heat Blood-Stasis Retention Type

Objective:To observe the effect of dispersal retention powder in treating the clinical symptoms,physical sign,sex hormone(E₂,P),immunizing indexes(CA125) of endometriosis and to explore its mechanism,are based on clinical study.Methods:54 patients are settled as experimental group,who are treated with dispersal retention powder.28 patients are settled as control group,who are treated with scatter knot pain killer capsule,Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical sign,E₂,P and CA125 are observed.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group is 94.4%.And the total effective rate of control group is 92.9%.The total therapeutic effect of two sets has no significant deviation by the statistical treatment(P>0.05).After therapy,the general symptoms and parts symptoms of two sets have obvious improvement(P<0.01),two sets all have fine effect.After therapy,the ascending results of P and the declining results of E₂,CA125 of two sets has significant difference(P<0.01),the CA125 positive ratio of experimental group decreases from 92.6% to66.7%,and the positive ratio of control group decrease from 82.1%to 57.1%.So in a word, Concerning the general symptoms,physical sign of each group performed obvious improvement;After therapy,the level of P is ascending,the level of E₂ and CA125 is declining,and the total therapeutic effects have no significant deviation.Conclusion:dispersal retention powder which is a secure and effective recipe in treating Endometriosis.The effect may be achieved through ascending the level of P and declining the level of E₂,strengthening the immune function by declining the level of CA125.
