Clinical Research Of The Concentration Of CA125 And IL-6 In The Peritoneal Fluid Of Endometriosis By Retention-Enema With Activating Blood Circulation And Eliminating Stasis Chinese Herbals

Objective:As everyone knows that the pivotal pathogenesis of endometriosis is blood stasis, and on clinic the treatment of activating blood and removing stasis for endometriosis is highly effective. Nevertheless most of the treatments are use oral administration. This research mainly observe the effect of activating blood and resolving blood stasis enema prescription in treating blood stasis type of endometriosis, use the way of observing the difference of the value of CA-125 and IL-6 in the peritoneal fluid with the control group, to shed light on the possible reasons of traditional Chinese medicine to treat endometriosis, and to explore the new way of the treatment of endometriosis, to open up new path.Method:60 patients, from 18 to 45 years old, collected from February 2012 to February 2014 in Wuxi Chinese Medicine Hospital gynecological, who diagnosed as endometriosis with indications of laparoscopic surgery.30 patients are randomly assigned to treatment group, who treated 3 months by enema prescription. The control group:another 30 patients have laparoscopic surgery without any expectant treatments. After research, we observe the difference of CA-125 and IL-6 in the peritoneal fluid with two groups, and observe the difference of the treatment group about clinical syndromes after the treatment, including dysmenorrheal, sexual pain, the value of CA125, and ovarian dropsy size. The data obtained by the SPSS19.0 statistical software, measurement data using t test, enumeration data using chi square test.Result:(1) Both the value of CA-125 and IL-6 in the peritoneal fluid have a statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). It point out that the treatment group compared with the control group, CA125 and IL-6 in peritoneal fluid decreased, but RAFS scores have no significant difference.(2) In the treatment group,23 patients suffered from dysmenorrheal, and 13 patients suffered from sexual pain. After treatment,their Symptoms improved in different degrees, and the difference has a statistically significant difference (P<0.05=.It prompt out that the prescription can significantly improve the symptoms of pain.(3) There are 26 patients have a high level of CA-125 in the treatment group. After treatment, the difference of high level of CA-125 has no significant difference, statistical analysis with P>0.05.(4) There are 5 patients with bilateral ovarian cyst, and 25 patients with unilateral ovarian cyst in the treatment group. After treatment, the difference of the size of ovarian cyst has no significant difference, statistical analysis with P>0.05.Conclusion:(1) Activating blood and resolving blood stasis enema prescription can improve endometriosis patients’ symptoms of dysmenorrheal and sexual pain. After the treatment, these symptoms improved in different degrees, and the difference has a statistically significant difference.(2) After 3 months’ treatment of activating blood and resolving blood stasis enema prescription, the serum CA-125 level and ovarian cyst size of endometriosis patients have no significant difference.(3) The activating blood and resolving blood stasis enema prescription can decrease the value of CA-125 and IL-6 in the peritoneal fluid, but RAFS scores have no significant difference.
