The objective of nursing bachelor degree education is to cultivate nurses who are excellent and in line with the need of the society and contribute to the development of nursing science. What is the standard of nursing baccalaureate graduates' competencies and diathesis, and how to evaluate whether the nursing baccalaureate graduates are in line with the need of the society and contribute to the development of nursing science or not are the important contents to evaluate the quality of nursing bachelor degree education.At present, the quality evaluation on bachelor degree nursing students is short of the specific standard, methods and index system, and the theory evaluation has always predominated in contents evaluation. Therefore, it is definitely of very significant to explore the structure of core competences of nursing baccalaureate graduates and build an evaluation index system of competences, which is helpful to evaluate and improve the quality of nursing bachelor degree education, to push the development of nursing bachelor degree education.Objective:1.Exploring the theoretical foundation, principle of structuring evaluation indexes system of nursing baccalaureate graduate's core competences. 2.Probing into the structure of core competences of nursing baccalaureate graduates.3.Structuring a set of scientific and systemic evaluation indexes system of nursing baccalaureate graduate's core competences, which could provide the basis for the practicing.Methods:Based on the literature review study and theory analysis, First explore the base and principles of building up the evaluation indexes system of nursing baccalaureate graduate's core competences, then draft tentatively the basic framework of the indexes system according to the base and principles. Appling for Delphi method and AHP method to consult experts on indexes items, indexes layer structure, weights, indexes coverage etc, after analyzing dependability to experts' consulting suggestions, set up the indictors system.Results:1.Tthe study is followed the principles of conform to the subject ,integrity, reliability, objectivity and measurability, and based on a series of theories and cultivation object and correlative documentations and the requirement of competences on nursing bachelor degree education, such as behaviorism theory , education evaluation theory, core competences theory etc.2.After two wheels of consultations, built an evaluation index system of nursing baccalaureate graduates' core competences:①Index system is consisted of index items, index layer structure, index weights and index connotation.②The general index items include three first class indexes, eight second class indexes, and twenty-six third class indexes.③Every last class index has fore different rank standard reflecting nursing baccalaureate graduates' different abilities.3. Expert's authority (Authority Coefficient of experts) were between 0.775-1.0; the degree of concordance on expert' opinion to every index installation was above of 91.9%; the consequence of checking index concordance in logic——CI or CR is less than 0.1.Conclusion:1. Basing on the theories and realities, and following the principles, to explore the structure of core competences of nursing baccalaureate graduates and build an evaluation index system of competences, which will enrich the theory system of nursing education, will provide a scientific guidance on method for evaluating nursing baccalaureate graduates' competences.2. By consociate quantitative method with qualitative method, we constructed the index system of evaluating nursing baccalaureate graduates' core competences, which defined the structure and connotation of competence of baccalaureate graduates in China, refined 26 indexes to assess nursing baccalaureate graduates' core competences and decomposed every index 4 degrees of competence(A.B.C.D), offered theoretical and methodological evidence for the cultivation and quality assessment of nursing baccalaureate graduates.3. After two wheels of consultation, built an evaluation index system of nursing baccalaureate graduates' core competences, which embodied better scientific trait and reliability, for instance, the expert's authority was high, the degree of concordance on expert' opinion to every index installation was above of 91.9%; the consequence of checking index concordance in logic——CI or CR is less than 0.1.
