Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Xueshuantong Treatment In Patients With Stroke Of Ischemic Type

Objective: To study clinical efficacy and safety of Xueshuantong treatment in the Patient with stroke of ischemic type. To provide scientific basis for Clinical treatment.Method : 60 case Patients who came from ward in wuhan No. I Hospital were dialogued stroke of ischemic type. They were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and treatment group (n=30), Efficacy analysis of Xingnaojing injection were estimated with the NIHSS , ADL, Symptoms of Chinese Medicine , hemorheology, liver or kidney functions and Blood Analysis Index before and after treatment.Result :1. Analysis of Clinical EffectsThere was significantly statistical difference between the two groups of total effect; treatment group is better than control group.2. Score Comparable of NIHSSThe accumulative mark of NIHSS had no distinctly changed between treatment group and control group before treatment; The accumulative mark of NIHSS had distinctly changed after treatment group between treatment group and control group.3. Score Comparable of ADLThe accumulative mark of ADL had no distinctly changed between treatment group and control group before treatment; The accumulative mark of ADL had distinctly changed after treatment group between treatment group and control group.4. Score Comparable of Chinese MedicineThe accumulative mark of Symptoms of Chinese Medicine had no distinctly changed between treatment group and control group before treatment; the accumulative mark of Symptoms of Chinese Medicine had distinctly changed after treatment group between treatment group and control group.5. The influence of blood streamCompared with the control group, the improvement of treated group was better, the treatment group was distinctly changed about blood stream. But the control group was not distinctly changed after treatment.6. Safety inspectionthere was not abnormal change by blood analysis, liver function and renal function during the treatment. There was no one the death appeared during the treatment between two groups.Conclusion in our research, the outcome tends to suggest a significantly positive correlation between neurological rehabilitation and Xueshuantong treatment. Similarly Xueshuantong causes for increased level of ADL and Symptoms of Chinese-medicine. no abnormal change by blood analysis, liver function and renal function during the treatment. And Suggest that Xueshuantong treatment in the Patient with stroke of ischemic type has better efficacy. And provide scientific basis for Clinical treatment forward.
