The Clinical Observation For The Huatan Tongluo Side Card To Treatment Of The Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type Of Ischemic Stroke

Aim:Observe the therapeutic effects between the method of modified "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction combined with categorical identification and the method of "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction only in curing ischemic stroke individuals, and investigate the therapeutic value and significance of dialectical treating in ischemic stroke.Method:Patients in trial group were given the therapy of modified "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction combined with categorical identification,while in control group, the patients only accepted the treatment of "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction. Record the scores of symptomatology,TCM syndromes and NIHSS in 3 days when the stroke took place and the 21th day,and then,contrast the data.Resuit:①In trial group,the symptom had been obviously improved(P value＜0.05) after the medication,however,the situation in control group has no significant difference(P＞0.05). Scores of symptomatology between two groups have no significant difference(P＞0.05);②Both control group(using the method of modified "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction only) and trial group(using the method of modified "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction combined with categorical identification) have significant improved in TCM syndrome before and after medication(P value＜0.05).After the treatment, the scores of symptomatology are similar between 2 groups(P＜0.05).③The scores evaluated before and after the treatment in each group have significant differences(P＜0.05) respectively,and meanwhile,the ones between 2 groups have statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:①The treatment of modified "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction combined with categorical identification could amend the symptoms of ischemic stroke with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,yet,a study involved large sample is needed when compared with the effect of "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction only;②In the respect of amending TCM syndrome,the method of modified "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction combined with categorical identification is better than the method of "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction only;③In the matter of improving the NIHSS score,method of modified "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction combined with categorical identification is better than the method of "resolving phlegm and freeing channels" decoction only.
