Objective:To compare the practical teaching mode between our country and abroad; to discuss how to arrange and join the practical teaching tache. This study is trying to offer some reference and evidence for the reform of the practical teaching mode in nursing baccalaureate program which combines practice and theory closely.Method:1.Literature research: through analyzing the literature,comparing the differences between our country's practical teaching mode with abroad.2.Questionnaire survey: There three questionnaires, to survey 135 bachelor degree nursing students and 111 clinical teachers. The questionnaire is perfected several times by experts.3.Expert interview: Aims at some questions of practical teaching tache, interviewing some experts purposefully.Results:1.It is necessary for nursing students to early contact with clinical practice. For when to come into clinic, there are differences between students and teachers. Students hope to go to hospital in the first grade, while clinical teachers consider in the second grade. Meanwhile, nursing students expert more practice.2.90 percent of the students are discontented with the scales between theory and practice in basic nursing curricula. 49.56 percent of the students suggest increasing the lab opening times; 70.43 percent of the students suggest increasing the scales of clinical practice teaching. 3.85.75 percent of the students are discontented with the scales between theory and practice in professional nursing curricula. 83.6 percent of the students suggest increasing probation,72.95 percent of the students suggest increasing laboratory teaching, 68.03 percent of the students suggest reducing centralize probation after semester.4.About 14.55 percent of the students are dissatisfied with the time for their clinical practice. And there is some value of statistic about the difference between the understanding of teachers and students on when to go into the clinical training. Students consider it is appropriate time to clinical training after the studying introduction of nursing, and teachers suggest the clinic training follow the studying of clinic nursing class.5.About 73 percent of the students are dissatisfied with the mass graduation training. 76.32 percent of the students suggest increasing their time for training after class and probation, postpone and reduce the practice to 30-34 weeks. Students hope to increase their practice time for ICU, rehabilitation department, electrocardiogram department, psychology department and emergency treatment department.6.About 74.07 percent of students hope to increase their practice for selected subjects. Conclusion:The study shows that it is necessary for nursing students to early contact with clinical practice。Extending the practical ground to hospitals, and increasing the scales of clinical practice teaching ,will help to cultivate the practical ability of nursing student. arranging theory teaching and practice at the same time in professional nursing curricula, reducing the graduate practice time, not only help to understand and exercise knowledge, but adjust the conflict between practice and employment. Early contact with clinical practice, do much practice, combine practice and theory closely,and we could shorten the gap, joint the practical teaching mode abroad.
