Investigation Of Postoperative Breast Cancer Patient's Quality Of Life With Lymphedema

Destination Through the investigation of postoperative breast cancer patients'quality of life with lymphedema, we hope the clinical professional staff can give their reconstruction to the upper limb lymphedema, then prevent and relieve lymphedema, so elevate the patients'quality of life. Method Choose 26 postoperative breast cancer patients with upper limb lymphedema randomly as the investigative group. Then choose 38 postoperative breast cancer patients as the control group. We use QLQ-C30,QLQ-BR23 to analyse their quality of life, and make statistical analyses to the outcome. Results In the 23 territories, 14 territories of the two groups have statistical differences, 9 territories of the two groups have no statistical differences. This means that after operation, the upper limb lymphedema give distinguished influence to the breast cancer patients'quality of life. Conclusion The upper limb lymphedema give distinguished influence to the breast cancer patients'quality of life. The clinical professional staff sould give reconstruction to this complication, take measures, help and guide the patients, prevent and relive lymphedema, so elevate the patients'quality of life.
