| The purpose of this study is to comprehend the influential factors of job satisfaction of professional of hospitals. By discussing the status and features of satisfaction on the work of medical worker, the problems that affect the satisfaction on medical personnel's work are figured out in the real working environment, so as to present corresponding policy-making consideration at all-round levels, and thus provide reference information for administration office of the hospitals to make scientific policy.Qualitative analysis and quantitative study are applied in this research. Investigation was carried out in May in 2007 by using questionnaire style, and stratified random sampling was adopted. This job satisfaction questionnaire contains 6 dimensions 24 concrete items: leader and management, reward and welfare, promote to a higher office and training, Interpersonal relationship, working environment, job-itself. Measuring the form does answer form as the type of Likert of five the form of amount of point.The quantified research proves that: (1) The job satisfaction of medical personnel which work in Class A tertiary hospital in Jiangxi Province is of medium level, namely of average satisfaction; the medical workers are dissatisfied with the reward, welfare, training, promote to a higher office; however satisfied with Interpersonal relationship, and averagely satisfied with leader management, working environment and job-itself. (2) Different characteristic medical worker has different job satisfaction. The satisfaction level of a glimmer of employee is lower than administrators and others. Satisfaction of male medical workers is higher than women medical workers. Satisfaction of medical workers of university education is lowest, and the satisfaction of medical workers of under graduate education is middle, the satisfaction of others is highest. Satisfaction varies with ages, with U-shaped chart. Service period and technical title are related to the age of medical worker, and the relationship between age and satisfaction level is similar.The study is composed of three parts: literature citation, survey and research, feasible solutions. In part one, the study cites the concepts and correlated theories on job satisfaction, analyzes the achievement of investigations on job satisfaction of domestic and overseas medical worker. In part two, the study is understand the status and features of satisfaction on the work of medical worker in Class A tertiary hospitals in Jiangxi Province, by using medical worker job satisfaction questionnaire. In part three, the study analyzes the cause about"why medical worker isn't satisfaction", presents corresponding policy-making consideration. |
