Purpose: This study is to understand the Dalian a comprehensive hospital patientsatisfaction in present situation,discovered the influence factors of hospitalized patientswith satisfaction,to improve the Dalian a comprehensive hospital services to providereference for hospital management and relevant department reference.Methods: Using this survey by the ministry of public health medical department,China hospital by the association of national three level of first-class hospital inpatients’experience and the satisfaction questionnaire. The questionnaire is divided into sixdimensions,all use five level classification,the top five dimensions of the first sixlevels of choice set the response "not sure",be counted as a neutral answer,assignmentfor the three points.This survey by choosing a3rdlevel hospital in Dalian from13September2011to26to go through the discharge formalities of patients or accompanying families,inorder to guarantee the sample realistic,in-patients during go through the dischargeformalities. There are350samples in this survey,349in-patients responsed,and thereare312samples can be used in next statistics,invalid questionnaire37(invalid refers tofill in incomplete or fill out not to meet the requirements of the questionnaire) effectiverate was89.14%. Data was analyze by the methods of statistics, such as T test andstructure function.Results:1,From the investigation of the situation,the current patient on hospitalservices of the overall reaction is very satisfactory,of which nearly two-thirds ofpatients in hospital for evaluation of the services is very satisfied,says not satisfied andcan also of1.6%and8%respectively,and to receive hospital inpatients service feelsatisfactory accounted for19.6%.2,The hospital patients in hospital to the dimensionof the evaluation of the mean is higher. Patients in hospital to go through the discharge formalities phase of the experience and evaluation of the highest average,to medicaltreatment service work stage experience and evaluation of the lowest average.3,Hospitalized patients experience and evaluation in age,be in hospital department hassignificant difference.4,Different age of hospitalized patients admitted to hospitalformalities deal with the experience and the evaluation,on medical service workexperience and evaluation and go through the discharge formalities phase of theexperience and the evaluation dimension has a significant difference; Differentdepartment of medical service in hospital in work experience and evaluation and gothrough the discharge formalities phase of the experience and the evaluation dimensionhas a significant difference.5,Structural equation model results show that more fullystandardized path coefficient,staff,the detailed written materials to patients, informedpatient after discharge at home and rest; Staff to explain in detail how to use for thepatients home; Ward doctors,nurses are familiar with a patient’s condition andtreatment methods; the hospital staff to provide the required for the patientsConclusion:1,Hospital should be to improve the technical level of doctors and tostrengthen humane care ward.2,During in hospital medical service,the hospital shouldstrengthen ward and the hygiene of ward.3,Constructing harmonious doctor-patientcommunication channels open.4,Strengthen management and service level of thehospital.5,Strengthen the families of the patient demand attention.
