As the change of medical model, the definition of health not only includes physical health, but also includes the satisfied state both physically and mentally. Modern medical model demands orthodontic health workers not only rectify the appearance and function of dentition, but also relieve patients of psychologic obstacle.Dentognathic deformity is a kind of development malformation caused by congenital or acquired predisposition. Its incidence tends to increase in China. Serious dentognathic deformity can hamper patients'physical functions, appearances and mental growth, which will hinder the development of social function. The number of orthodontic patient increases with the development of economy. Orthodontists offer an alternative service to improve patients'appearance and oral function. The degree of satisfaction of patients, which are also consumers, can be considered as the concordance or concordance of expectation before treatment and feeling during treatment. The degree of satisfaction about the quality of medical of patients in different periods, areas and ages can be influenced by their culture background, education and social experience. In China, medicopsychology started comparatively late. There are few psychological researches on orthodontic treatment. This study is aiming at improving the communication between patients and orthodontists. The study of satisfaction after treatmentObjective: To study the influences of social psychic factor, therapeutic regimen and course of treatment on patients. The married have lower degrees than the unmarried and people with high education have higher degrees of content. (2) The severity of malocclusion doesn't correlate to adult orthodontic patients'degrees of content. Understand patients'mentation and adopt proper counseling. So patients will soon grow out of their fear and have a right recognition about their condition. When doctors and patients reach a good cooperation relationship, they can get the perfect result.
