| Objective:To study the mechanism of action of simultaneous treatment of principal and subordinate symptoms of Jiawei Wendan Tang to rat's dyssomnia related peptic ulcerMethod: To copy the model of peptic ulcers secondary insomnia with the improved administration by gavage of alcohol/ Hydrochloric at the way of suspension and bound .To calculate the ulcer index and to observe the pathological change on the surface of ulcer.Further,to detect the content of the 5-HT in brain, EGF, SOD in the gastric mucosa and the vigour of CCK-8.Result:Jiawei Wendan Tang has the antagonism to the damage of rat's gastric mucosa.It can remarkably inhibit the ulcer and remarkably increase the content of SOD in the gastric mucosa. GEF and 5-HT for the rat suffered dyssomnia related peptic ulcer. It can also strengthen the vigour of CCK-8 reduced in brain. There is a very significant difference to compare with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Jiawei Wendan Tang could integrity adjust internal milieu.It has important affect to nerves - endocrine - immunological network of multitarget, multi-directional and multistrata.And it also has the effect of promoting ulcer henosis, mitigating and hypnosis. |
