ObjectiveTo observe the wendan decoction’s effect in treating peptic ulcer (PU) for clinical efficacy in patients and to explore, summarize and analyze its mechanism of action, discuss dampness as the basis for the theory and practice PU pathogenesis and treatment of important aspects for the future further define the clinical treatment of new priorities and new ideas to make part of the preparatory work.MethodsSelect PUD patients met the entry criteria for this clinical trial90patients, according to the principles of computer randomly divided into three groups. Treatment group (30cases) to give Wendantang party flavored water decoction, the control group A (30cases) given standard triple therapy, the control group given standard triple therapy+B Wendantang party flavored. The treatment lasted4weeks, after2cycles (8weeks) end of the observation group observed three candidate overall efficacy trial in certificates, clinical symptoms related to integration, endoscopic performance, Helicobacter pylori (Hp), such as the removal of the situation before and after the experimental observation checking routine laboratory safety indicators, biochemical markers, EKG and other subjects patients to make the test outcome and safety evaluation.Results(1):The total effective rate was86.2%, the overall effective control group A was74.1%, the overall efficiency of the control group B93.56%of the treatment group and the control group A, the control group and the control group A, group B comparison between (P<0.05),(2) the treatment group and the control group A, group B3group comparison groups symptom score improved significantly than before treatment (P<0.05).(3) within the digestive endoscopic Statistically, the efficacy of endoscopic treatment and control groups showed no significant difference between the two groups.(4) removal of the treatment group in terms of HP, better than the control group A;(5)3groups of patients before and after the test physiology and biochemistry indexes, and EKG were not affected, the three groups had no adverse events.
