A Perspective On Construction And Management Of Practical Training Base Of Nursing Major In High Vocational Colleges

High vocational education is the job of cultivating skilled application personnel , mainly focusing on the cultivation of technical ability. It requires that students can finish the practical training for going on duty , have good nursing vocational quality and be qualified for the specialized post after their graduation. In order to reach the aim, we should analyze the requirements for the nursing vocational ability and design the practical teaching system which has clear aims . The construction of practical training base is the key part for the practical teaching system to run properly. However , nowadays the practical conditions for many colleges can not meet the requirements for the purpose of cultivating personnel, which is not adjustable to the requirements of high technical nursing education with sharp characters and high qualities and cultivating application specialized personnel with new high-tech .From the view of the construction and management of practical base in the college ,by studying the history of the practical training base in both Chinese and foreign high technology colleges and the present situation and management of practical training base in our country's high technology colleges, this essay analyzes and sums up the cause for the construction and management problems of the present practical base in the colleges, poses that government should create a good environment outside, fully develop the practical base's function of cultivating high technical personnel, combining the cultural construction of practical base , reasonable use of modern technology and function development of practical base together in the process of construction and management of practical training base in the nursing colleges.
