Clinical Observation Of Tonifying The Kidney And The Spleen Acupuncture Therapy With Ashi Point On Postmenopausal Osteoporosis(PMOP)

Background:Postmenopausal osteoporosis in postmenopausal women is the high incidence of the disease,statistics show that foreign women over the age of 60 in the risk rate of 58 percent.With the synthesis of ovarian hormone levels reduce the resulting pain,fractures,hump-back,length shortened,and even cause respiratory function declined,it has seriously affected the quality of life of women and increase women's disability and mortality rates.Because of its pathogenesis have not yet been fully clarified,so the drug treatment had limitations,and the long-term use in patients with western medicine easier to bring about many side effects.Acupuncture and Chinese medicine as a kind of therapyin the characteristics of the disease control and prevention have great potential in the treatment of this disease more effective,but also,is effective,small side-effects,such as the role of comprehensive features.Purpose:To observe about tonifying the kidney and the spleen acupuncture therapy on the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP).Methods:Select the age of 42 to 65-year-old meet the diagnostic criteria of postmenopausal women in 40 cases,all patients devided into orthopedic clinic group and acupuncture group,orthopedic patients,the treatment sequence of random points tonifying the kidney andthe spleen acupuncture therapy group of 20 cases,oral Xianling of proprietary Chinese medicines Celebrex capsule group of 20 cases.The acupuncture group select:Zusanli(ST36),Shenshu(BL23), Pishu(BL20),Taixi(KI3),Ashi point;Acupuncture patient when there are local Pain and numbness as the main evaluation criteria.The next day acupuncture 1 time,three times a week for a total of eight weeks.Patients admitted seat, Point of conventional skin disinfection.Patients breath when the needle slowly insert,Twirling-Rotating Manipulation(clockwise twist,forced light, small margin),to a degree for arrival of qi,stay after 30 min,every 10 minutes-a twist.Proprietary Chinese medicines group:taking Xianling GuBao capsule,three times per day,two pills per time,medication for eight weeks. All the patients are in eight weeks for observation of treatment were measured before and after the treatment of osteoporosis symptoms classification table to quantify the effect of assessed before and after treatment,bone mineral density observed.Through statistical analysis,further observe tonifying the kidney and the spleen acupuncture therapy with Ashi point of postmenopausal osteoporosis in the clinical efficacy.Results:(1).Statistical analysis showed that:general information on the two groups before treatment,symptoms and so are comparable(P＞0.05).(2).Acupuncture,proprietary Chinese medicines are effective group after treatment,significant efficiency were 70%,40%,tonifying the kidney and the spleen acupuncture therapy with Ashi point is the treatment of PMOP have a certain effect.(3).Comparison of clinical symptoms:the two groups can improve PMOP the main symptoms,and the acupuncture group was particularly.After the acupuncture treatment,low back pain,lumbar soreness,lower limb pain,lower limb Flaccidity weak,struggling,the dizzying symptoms improved significantly, both before and after treatment with significant differences(P＜0.05);in Medicine group after treatment,lumbar soreness,lower limb Flaccidity weak, struggling,although the dizzying symptoms improve after treatment were significantly different(P＜0.05),but low back pain,pain symptoms in the lower extremities before and after treatment,there was no comparison in the statistical significance(P＞0.05).(4).Comparative analysis before and after the treatment,acupuncture and proprietary Chinese medicines group PMOP patients after treatment,tongue property,tongue coating have the statistical significance(P＜0.05),and manifestation of pulse have no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusions:(1)Tonifying the kidney and the spleen acupuncture therapy with Ashi point is the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis mainly by replenishing spleen and kidney,relieve the pain,to adjust the yin and yang,tackling both the symptoms.(2)In this study,by clinical symptoms score,system of objective observe tonifying the kidney and the spleen acupuncture therapy with Ashi point for the treatment of PMOP effect.Study shows that:This therapy can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.(3)tonifying the kidney and the spleen acupuncture therapy with Ashi point is the treatment to increase bone mineral density and bone forming.
