Objective: Clinical assessment was used to study the effection of the Buzhongyiqi recipe on the deficiency of RRTI that were both deficiency of the qi of the lung and spleen and invasion of the spleen by the qi of the liver. The infection of cellular immunity was observed at the same time. To offer a new method through evaluating the therapeutic effect of the Buzhongyiqi recipe on the RRTI.Methods: The 60 children of RRTI were randomly divided into A group (treated with Buzhongyiqi recipe) and B group (as comparison group). Compared the total effective rate and the state of double illness fcure in front and back. Comparing the change of the cellular immunity through checking up the lymphocytes CD3 CD4 and CD4/CD8. The kickback of the decoction was also observed. Results: The markedly effective cases was 7, the effective cases was 20,the ineffective cases was 3, and the total effective rate was 90% in group A;the markedly effective cases was 1, the effective cases was 2, the ineffective case was 27, and the total effective rate was 10% in group B.It had significant difference for the symptoms of anorexia hyperhidrosis hypodynamia and abnormity of stool (P<0. 05) .The numerical value of the iymphocytes CD3 CD4 and CD4/CD8 of group A was hoisted markedly. The mumerical value of group B was not hoisted. It had significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05) .Conclusion: Buzhongyiqi recipe has a good curative effect on deficiency of the qi of the lung and spleen and invasion of the lung by the qi of liver of RRTI and improves the symptoms of anorexia hyperhidrosis hypodynamia and abnormity of stool obviously. Buzhongyiqi recipe can advance cellular immunity of RRTI. Buzhongyiqi recipe haven' t any acute toxicity performance markedly, and clinical application safety.
