objective:To explore the changes of humeral immunity and clinical therapy in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) given Broncho-Vaxom and Loratadine. Methods:240 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children from our hospital were randomly divided into three groups.Questionnaires such as age, sexual, levels of disease and humeral immunoglobulin were unremarkable(chart 1,P>0.05).Broncho-Vaxom group(group 1) was given 3.5mg Broncho-Vaxom during 10 consecutive days per month for 3 months,Loratadine group(group 2) was given Loratadine 5 or 10 mg during 12 consecutive days per month for 3 months, control group(group 3) was not given treatment with immunostimulatory,in cases infections episoded, each group was given basic therapy. The changes of humeral immunity in 3 months and times of clinical respiratory tract infection in 6 months were observed.Result:Serum IgG and IgA of group 1 or group 2 were significant difference compareing control group 3 before and after study respectively(chart 2,P<0.01),and there was significant difference between group 1 and group 2 of humeral IgG and IgA(q=9.64,q=11.12,P<0.01),group 1 is higher than group 2,but there was no significant difference among IgM of three groups (F=0.24,chart 8,P>0.05),but in Broncho-Vaxom and Loratadine the effects of clinical were better than those of control group(q=8.06,q=6.78,P<0.01).There was no significant difference between group 1 and group 2 of the effects of clinical(q=2.09, P>0.05).Conclusion:The hypoimmuno-function is related to the children in RRTI, Broncho-Vaxom and Loratadine produce good curative effects on treating RRTI.They are should be treated in primary hospital by children with RRTI In order to avoid abuse antibiotics. |
