Validity And Security Of Fuganning Recipe

The 60 children having deficiency of both spleen and lung healthy energy, holding wetness evil and food stagnation of RRTI were randomly divided into A group (treated with Fuganning recipe) and B group (treated with Thymosin troches as comparison group), comparing the total effective rate and the state of double illness of cure in front and back. 2. To infuse stomach by the biggest dosage 7 days continuously, then observe mice' s states of death and the acute toxicity performances. 3. To establish the model mice of deficiency of spleen healthy energy, holding food stagnation adopting the big quantity shudi through infusing stomach. With three kinds of high, medium and low dosage of Fuganning recipe, each infuse mice' s stomaches for 14 days. After gived DNFB twice, model mice' s two ears were cut and weighed, then we detected their swell degree. 4. After infusing mice' s stomaches with three kinds of high, medium and low dosage of Fuganning recipe for 14 days, weighed and collected blood to test CD8, then, anatomised and weighed thymus gland and spleen. Result:1. The markedly effective cases was 7, the effective cases was 20,the ineffective cases was 3, and the total effective rate was 90% in group A;the markedly effective cases was 2, the effective cases was 21, the ineffective cases was 7, and the total effective rate was 76.67% in group B, it had significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05). Group A and B also had significant difference for the symptoms of appetite, hyperhidrosis, night soil and facial expression (P<0. 05). 2. The acute toxicity test indicated mice weren' t dead and hadn' t any acute toxicity performances obviously after gived Fuganning recipe in 7 days. 3. There were significant difference in swell degree of mice' s ears between high, medium dosage groups of Fuganning recipe and blank model group(P<0. 01, P<0. 05). 4. There were significant difference in index of thymus gland and spleen, high dosage groups of Fuganning recipe comparing with blank model group (P<0. 01);in index of spleen , high and medium dosage groups of Fuganning recipe comparing with blank model group(P<0. 05);and in index of thymus gland between medium dosage groups of Fuganning recipe and blank model group(P<0. 05). But there were no significant difference in CD8 between three kinds of dosage of Fuganning recipe and blank model group(P>0. 05).Conclusion:1. Fuganning recipe has a good curative effect on deficiency of both spleen and lung healthy energy, holding wetness evil and food stagnation of RRTI and improves the symptoms of appetite, hyperhidrosis, night soil and facial expression obviously. 2. Fuganning recipe haven' t any acute toxicity performance markedly, and clinical application safety. 3. Fuganning recipe can restrain hypersusceptibility reaction of the model mice which have deficiency of spleen healthy energy, holding food stagnation gived by DNFB and increase weight of thymus gland and spleen. So it can improve immune function.
