The Research About AIDS Prevent And Cure Problem In Zhuzhou City

AIDS prevention and controlling is an arduous long-term systematic social project, which is closely related to people's health and life, the economic development and social stability. In this article, guided by the scientific development principle, the author addressed the following aspects.The infection and transmission mechanism of AIDS; the general process of AIDS prevention and controlling; the reason why governments should lead the work of AIDS prevention and controlling and the common characteristics of the work; the management tools which chosen by the government to prevent and control aids; the reasons why governments malfunctioned in the process; the public management content which are concerned during the services offering; analyzing the policy from four respects such as the AIDS virus infection, AIDS patients, the drugs-taken-in-vein crowd, the prostitution, the homosexuality; further expounded six general questions we are facing and six concrete questions which exist in Zhuzhou followed by analyzing four reasons; summarized successful experience from the representative advanced countries and areas, by contrast, pointing out that we have be more open in system and implement multiplex government.On the basis of above statements, the author finally put forward some advice for the AIDS prevention and controlling in Zhuzhou by analyzing the countermeasures and measures applied in the localarea.
