Study Of Effects On Processed Management Of Items In Community For Elders With Hypertension

ObjectiveTo use processed management of items in community elders with the hypertension,which is evaluated the effect of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of the hypertension and the correlated health target. Improve the self-efficiency of patients to adopt active coping style for improving the compliance and quality of life of patients.To discuss processed management of items can improve the effect of the community hypertension intervention.To provide the scientific evidence,which is standardized the community chronic diseases management mode.MethodsTo do the epidemiological survey for 2656 inhabitants in Tiexi district,Shengyang,which were upwards 65 years old.According to geographical position of living and voluntary principle,to select 101 patients for research object from 524 hypertension patients,which were 65～79 years old.Collecting hypertension knowledge,self-care behavior,life-style, hypertension control and medication of patients was used "Hypertension KAP Questionnaire"."Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire" was used for measuring coping style of patients."Commonly Self-efficiency Questionnaire" was appraised patients' self-efficiency."Therapy Compliance Questionnaire" was appraised patients' medical and life-style compliance."SF-36" was appraised patients' quality of life. To adopt the method of processed management of items is developing community elders with hypertension intervention items in the Shengyang older industry base.Evaluate the effect after one year intervention.Results1.The 101 individuals consisted of 42men(41.6%)and 59 women (58.4%)with hypertension,who are an average age of(69.78±3.553) years.The average of duration of hypertension was(13.3±14)years.2.To adopt the method of processed management of items in community elders with hypertension intervention effectively promoted positive changes in related knowledge,attitude and behavior.Patients were more improved their hypertension knowledge and behavior control (P＜0.05)3.To present effects of health targets of research objects,which was mean value of SBP and DBP declined after intervention 21.31mmHg and 13.98mmHg.The levels of blood pressure were all decreased(P＜0.01). The control ratio of blood pressure was ascended 17.1%to 42.2%.4.To adopt the method of processed management of items in community elders with hypertension intervention effectively promoted patients' self-efficiency,adopt active coping style.Adopting active coping style is the protective factors of therapy compliance(OR＜1),and adopting negative coping style is a risk factor of therapy compliance (OR＞1).Self-efficacy is closely linked each latitudes of quality of life (P＜0.05).ConclusionTo use processed management of items in community hypertension intervention had significantly effect.Improve the level of KAP and self-efficacy of patients,encourage patients to adopt active coping style were helpful to improve patients' compliance and quality of life finally.
