Research On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of The Health Management Of Hypertension Patients In Yun County Based On "Internet+Medical Health"

Health is an inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of people and a basic condition for economic and social development.With the intensification of population aging and economic and social development,the number of patients with hypertension in my country has continued to increase rapidly,but the awareness,treatment,and control rates of hypertension in the population are still at a low level,causing huge and economic burden.Carrying out the health management of hypertensive patients,and actively preventing and controlling hypertension is the core strategy to curb the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The "Opinions on Promoting the Development of "Internet+Medical Health"of the General Office of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee proposes to promote the use of "Internet+" in medical and health care to improve the modern management level of medical and health care,optimize the allocation of resources,and innovate service models.It is conducive to improving service efficiency,reducing service costs,and meeting the people’s growing medical and health needs.At present,the health management of hypertensive patients in my country has begun to rely on the Internet platform,which helps to collect data in time and provide doctors with diagnosis and improves the accuracy of the health management of hypertensive patients.This subject researches the current situation of hypertension patients’ health management under the background of "Internet+medical health" in Yun County,Lincang City,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Objective:Taking Yun County of Lincang City as an example,the current situation of the health management of hypertensive patients under the "Internet+medical health" in Yun County of Lincang City was investigated,and the blood pressure control rate and hypertension of hypertensive patients under the background of"Internet+medical health" were investigated for Knowledge awareness rate,Internet usage and health management of patients with hypertension by medical and health personnel,analyze the reasons that affect the health management of patients with hypertension,provide reference and reference for the application and development of"Internet+medical health" in the field of hypertension management in other similar regions,and enrich related theoretical research and practical exploration.Methods:This project uses a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research to carry out descriptive research.Conducted in-depth interviews with Lincang CDC,Yunxian People’s Hospital,Yunxian CDC,Yunxian Township Health Center,medical staff responsible for hypertension health management,and Yunxian village doctors.Collect indicators such as the standardized management rate of hypertension patients’ health management and blood pressure control rate under the background of the survey site "Internet+medical health" as objective data;conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with hypertensive patients through self-made survey tools.The village doctors in charge of the health management of hypertension patients were surveyed by self-made survey tools,and the health management personnel of hypertension were interviewed.The wen juan xing was used to establish a database and enter the data.SAS9.4 was used for statistical analysis,and the test standard was a=0.05.Quantitative data were analyzed by chi-square test,rank sum test and Logistic regression,and qualitative data were sorted and analyzed by induction and similarity methods.Results:Among the 59 Yunxian village doctors surveyed in this study,24 were males,accounting for 40.7%,and 35 were females,accounting for 59.3%;they were 22-60 years old,with an average of(43.1±9.5)years old.There are 10 respondents with a Junior college degree,accounting for 17.0%.45.8%of the survey respondents spend less than 30 minutes on the Internet for learning and communication every day.59.3%of the survey respondents are more willing to use fragmented time to flexibly conduct online health guidance,and 40.7%of the survey respondents are more willing to use schedule appointments for unified online health guidance.There was a statistically significant difference in the willingness to conduct online health guidance among different genders and survey subjects(P<0.05).86.4%of the survey respondents said that the use of Internet medical platforms for hypertension follow-up management is better than paper follow-up.The 429 hypertensive patients in Yunxian surveyed in this study,171 were in urban areas,accounting for 39.86%,and 258 were in rural areas,accounting for 60.14%.they were 34 to 89 years old,with an average of(63.0±10.5)years old.185 were males,accounting for 43.12%,244 women,accounting for 56.88%.The 352 survey subjects who have mobile phones,27 patients frequently use the Internet,accounting for 7.67%,83 patients who use the Internet occasionally,accounting for 22.58%,and 242 patients who never use the Internet,accounting for 68.75%.Nine respondents often use the Internet to learn about chronic diseases,accounting for 8.18%.The health management rate of hypertension patients in Yun County was 86.46%,and the blood pressure control rate was 59.54%.The health management rate of hypertension patients in Lin cang City was 79.13%,and the blood pressure control rate was 57.27%.The health management rate of hypertension patients in Yunnan Province was 82.6%,and the blood pressure control rate was 57.0%.The health management rate and blood pressure control rate of hypertension patients in Yun County exceeded the average levels of Lin cang City and Yunnan Province.The 429 hypertensive patients,69.5%had a score of 1-4 in the knowledge section of hypertension,26.6%had a score of 5-7,and 4.0%had a score of 8 or more.Hypertensive patients who are in urban areas,are younger,have a high monthly income,have mobile phones,often use mobile phones to access the Internet,can use the Internet proficiently,and often use the Internet to learn about chronic diseases.The results of multi-factor analysis indicated that urban and rural areas,age,monthly income,and have mobile phone were the factors that affected the subjects’ knowledge scores of hypertension.75.5%of the respondents said that the hypertension health management services they received met their needs,68.5%of the respondents said they were satisfied with the effects of the hypertension health management services they received,and 68.8%of the respondents said they hypertension health management services they received satisfaction.Monthly income,have mobile phone,and gender are factors influencing hypertension patients’ health management services to meet their needs and service satisfaction.Compared with patients with mobile phones,patients without mobile phones believe that health management services meet their needs and are more satisfied with the services they receive.The results of the interview indicated that the current health management of hypertension patients in Yun County,Lin cang City,focuses on standardized management rate and blood pressure control rate,and insufficient attention has been paid to patient personalized guidance and risk factor assessment.Patients with hypertension have poor compliance with regular medications and lifestyle changes.During follow-up,patients have low coordination and lack of self-management.Follow-up takes a long time and is inefficient.The "Yi boshi" system has imperfect functions.It is only used as the system management data after the management occurs.It does not achieve real-time management.It is not convenient to use for assessment and is not closely integrated with the health follow-up of hypertensive patients.Conclusions:The blood pressure control rate of hypertensive patients in Yunxian County of Lin cang City is relatively good,and the awareness rate of hypertension knowledge needs to be improved.The satisfaction,service awareness and compliance of patients with hypertension need to be strengthened.The content of health management for patients with hypertension is relatively simple,the follow-up efficiency is not high,and the self-management awareness of patients is not strong.The Internet system in Yunxian County is well established,but it is not closely integrated with hypertension health management follow-up.The hypertension health management assessment in the "Yi boshi" system is less involved,the system coverage is not comprehensive enough,the authenticity evaluation needs to be optimized,and the system needs to be further improved.The village doctors are not well-educated,and they are not proficient in using the "Yi boshi" system.Village doctor training needs to be strengthened urgently.Recommendations:(1)Relying on the healthy rural strategy,strengthen the top-level design of hypertension health management,promote the application of Internet technology in hypertension health management,and promote the development of informatization in rural areas.(2)Carry out in-depth training of primary-level hypertension health management personnel,strengthen step-by-step technical guidance,and continuously improve the professional knowledge and technical level of primary-level medical staff.(3)Promote general medical guidance for hypertension,strengthen health intervention and self-management guidance,and aim to improve the quality of life and health literacy of patients,and comprehensively expand the content of health management services for patients with hypertension.(4)Optimize software modules,increase patient services,continue to improve the "Yiboshi" hypertension management software,explore new models of hypertension health management,and improve disease management efficiency.(5)Pay attention to the "digital divide" that elderly hypertensive patients face in the "Internet+medical health" environment.Online management and offline management are closely integrated to guide elderly patients to learn about new things,experience new technologies,and actively integrate into the smart community.
