Thus for the nation in education of medical students Personality provide theoretical guidance. 2 in the investigation on the basis of the five personality characteristics and psychological health of the relationship between them,and conducting appropriate personality and provide the basis for mental health education.Methods:A cluster random sampling method, the Xinjiang Uygur Medical University undergraduate sophomore 220,230 sophomore Han "five-Personality Test,"and "SCL-90"survey. According to the survey results conducted Uygur medical students the same age and the national norm,Han nationality,and the medical students the same age norm and peacekeeping, Han comparison between the medical students.And the "five-character" and the psychological health of the relationship between correlation analysis. Results: Uighur group and the control group compared to the Taiyang,Shaoyang,Taiyin Uygur personality dimension score was significantly lower than the control group; yin and yang, calm personality dimension score higher. The results were statistically significant with p <0.01.Uighur Shaoyin personality dimensions slightly higher but not statistically significant p>0.05. Han students compared with the control group, the Taiyang, Shaoyang, Shaoyin, Taiyin personality dimension score was significantly lower than the Han control group (p<0.01),and Yin-Yang Han calm personality dimension score was significantly higher (p<0.05).Shaoyin personality dimensions in scoring, Uighur school students scored significantly higher than the Han (p <0.01),and a statistical significance. The other points they did not statistically significant (p>0.05).SCL-90 with five personality Personality Inventory found that the typical correlation analysis, a typical variable "Taiyin, Shaoyang" distinguish from other factors out,V1 and the correlation coefficients were 0.8815, -0.5975, in the corresponding SCL90 The explanatory variable W1 is"obsessive- compulsive symptoms, scl3-sensitive scl4-depression,anxiety-scl5"W1 and the correlation coefficients were 0.6905,0.7704,0.8982,0.6467.The first of the canonical variables (V1, W1), canonical correlation coefficient r1 = 0.600266, F = 6.28, p<0.0001,a statistical significance.Second canonical variable "Taiyang,Shaoyin" distinguish from other factors out, and V2 correlation coefficients were 0.5130,-0.4948, SCL90 Correspondingly in the explanatory variable W2 is "scl6-hostile, scl9-spirit symptoms,such as sleep-scl10",and W2 correlation coefficients were 0.7707,0.5180, 0.5818. Conclusion: Medical University Xinjiang Uygur and Han students in five personality and national character norm than the same age are very different.
