Uighur Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Type Of TCM

Objective: The Xinjiang Uygur patients with type 2 diabetes type of TCM research,TCM understanding of the distribution of and inherent characteristic; at the same time understand the prevalence of chronic complications associated with the literature and comparison,thereby better Clinical guidance. Methods: A cross-sectional,descriptive research methods. In strict accordance with the standards of Western medicine and Western medicine in China in 2005 with the Diabetes Society of Integrative Medicine in diabetes clinics standard (draft) TCM sub-standard,six hospital-patient departments in Xinjiang choice in December 2006 to January 2008,diagnosed as Uighur patients with type 2 diabetes. Acquisition Uygur patients with type 2 diabetes and related diseases of symptoms,signs,laboratory indicators,fill out the questionnaire (attached). Results: 1. Uygur this study were selected patients with type 2 diabetes were 329 cases,181 cases of male,148 cases of women. 2. extreme heat due to deficiency of yin 118 cases,deficiency of both qi and yin 190 cases,deficiency of both yin and yang 21 cases. Heat one simple Yin-26 cases,Yin Heat and hot and humid 54 cases,Yin Heat and 38 cases of blood stasis; simply deficiency of both qi and yin 17 cases, 72 cases deficiency of both qi and yin and wet,the two Qilin 101 cases of false and stasis; pure yin and yang deficiency 0 cases,the yin and yang deficiency and cold dampness 16 cases,the Yin and Yang deficiency of blood stasis five cases. 3. Age and the course changes,the three card-distribution significant difference (P<0.05),and in the certification of internal no significant difference (P>0.05). 4. Indicators and other general biochemical indicators were not statistically different (P>0.05). 329 cases of obesity in patients with a total of 156 cases,accounting for 47.41 percent. 5.
