Research About Early Diabetic Nephropathy With Yishenheji

Objective: To study effect and mechanism of Yishenheji on treatingEarly Diabetic Nephropathy with Method of Ziyi Bushen and Huoxue Quyu.Methods and result: In group dividing,random method was adopted.In the study,60patients who were meet to criteria were selected. All the patients who were dividing intotreatment group and control group.Thirty patients in treatment group orally took ARBand Yishenheji with basic treating, and Thirty patients in control group orally tookARB with basic treating.The observation last 8 weeks after adjusting 4 weeks. Theobserving index is clinical symptom,blood fat, LP, HbA., Urine ET, UAER, Urine MG.The result show that Yishenheji could evidently not only improves the symptom of earlyDN patients, but also decrease blood fat, LP. HbA, Utine ET,UAER, Urine MG.Conclusion: Yishenheji could evidently decrease the blood fat, LP, HbA,UrineET,UAER, Urine MG of early DN patients, Yishenheji could evidently improves thehigh blood fat.LP,Urine ET,UAER,protect kidney function which proves Yishenheji isremedy for early DN and worthful for furth research.
