Clinical Study On Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Early And Middle Stage Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy With Bushen Huoxue Decoction

Objective: Through clinical observation of kidney qi deficiency middle huoxue soup to treat type 2 diabetic nephropathy efficacy and safety of the blood stasis,which provide new treatments for the slow process of diabetic nephropathy.Methods: Using randomized controlled methods,observing 60 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy early metaphase,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group,two groups all use diet control and symptomatic treatment,western medicine foundation treatment,the experimental group on the basis of the given kidney invigorate the circulation of tonga subtraction treatment,course of 8 weeks.By observing two groups of patients before and after treatment the symptoms of integral and urine trace albumin,fibrinogen test results,the data for statistical analysis,observation of kidney huoxue soup in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy qi deficiency blood stasis in the middle of the early clinical results.Results: The experimental group and the control group had significant improvement in curative effect of TCM symptoms scores,TCM symptom score,blood glucose levels and urinary albumin,fibrinogen after treatment..The experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.No abnormal safety index.Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with western medicine treatment can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients,and can improve the level of blood glucose,reduce urinary albumin,decrease the plasma fibrinogen.The effect is better than pure western medicine treatment without toxic side effect,with further research and clinical application value.
