Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Kneeosteoarthritis With Intrarticular Sodium Hyaluronare Injection And Steaming And Washing Of Chinese Medicine

Objective: Observe the therapeutic effect of clinical symptom and physical sign of KOA by intrarticular sodium hyaluronate injection and Steaming and washing of Chinese medicine. Elucidate initially the mechanism of prevention and cure KOA by this method . Then, provid some evidence for clinical deployMethods: 60 cases of KOA were divided into two groups randomly(curing group) which has 30 patients of intrarticular sodium hyaluronate injection and Steaming and washing of Chinese medicine and the group (controlling group) which has 30 patients of intrarticular sodium hyaluronate injection and use aerosol of Hongyao to puff.The espial expect of treatment was five weeks. The symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment.Result: The symptoms and physical signs were improved after treatment. In curing group which has 30 case in fact,the totally effecttive rate is 93.33%. Thereinto, clinical control 4 cases,display effect 17 cases,7 cases curing in effect and 2 cases curing inefficacy. While in the controlled group, the totally effective rate is 83.33%. There into, clinical control 1 cases,display effect 14 cases, 10 cases curing in effect and 5 cases curing inefficacy. On the aspect of the totally effective rate, the curing group excelled the controlling group obviously(P<0.05). There is a significant difference between the treat ment group and the control group (P<0.05).Besides, the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving symptoms and relieving pains, tumefaction and hindrance of arthrosis function The curative effect is distinct in the early and metaphase of pathological changes while poorly in afternoon.Conclusion: It is proved that intrarticular sodium hyaluronate injection and Steaming and washing of Chinese medicine is an effective main therapeutic method in treating clinical symptom and physical sign of KOA .
