Gubixiao Tong With Sodium Hyaluronate Injection Clinical Efficacy Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Kidney Blood Type)

Objective:the clinical curative effect of treating knee arthritis observation "Gubi Xiaotong Decoction","Gubi Xiaotong Decoction" seek the objective clinical basis for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods:60patients met the inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had30cases. The treatment group was treated by "Gubi Xiaotong Decoction" treatment, the control group using "To Huangken bone slices " combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment, all cases were daily treated1times,10times for a course of treatment, continuous treatment of three courses.On two groups of patients before and after treatment, the visual analog pain scale were assessed for pain, signs and symptoms were assessed with symptom and functional assessment of osteoarthritis of the knee, were assessed by evaluating standard of curative effect of knee osteoarthritis, and to investigate the safety, a half year follow-up, observe the long-term effect. Then make a comparative analysis.Result:1. After treatment, the pain scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.01); there was no significant difference in treatment group compared with the control group (P>0.05).2.After treatment, two groups of patients with clinical symptom score were significantly increased compared with those before treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.01); there was no significant difference in treatment group compared with the control group (P>0.05).3.Significantly the efficiency of two groups were respectively56.67%,33.33%, the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the rank sum test, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).4.Comparison of two groups of follow-up, the long-term curative effect in treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5.The patients of two groups were no adverse events.Conclusion:"Gubi Xiaotong Decoction" treatment is more effective than "To Huangken bone slices" in relieving the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis, improve the clinical symptoms, the overall curative effect, good security, reliable curative effect, have certain clinical application value.
