The Clinical Research Of Yikunning In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective: to observe the clinical of yikunning on the treatment of the climacteric syndrome. In order to seek an efficacious and few side effect drugs.Method: We adopted the method of tonifying the yin and kidney to treat 41 patients whose oral medication is yikunning and selected 34 patients as control group whose oral medication is livial tablet. We observed their clinical symptoms and traditional medicine symptoms scores, measure endocrine hormone level and safety analysis both before and after treatment.Result: (1) Treatment result: After treatment in cure group, the total of affections rate is 97.56%,each symptom and total integral go down obvious without exception; the content of E₂ have rise, the content of FSH and LH go down ,obvious improve the serum sex hormone. There are no obvious difference between the two groups in the total of affections rate, total integral and the serum sex hormone. Compare each symptom between the two groups, there have obvious difference in vertigo, insomnia and skin feeling ant crawling, yikunning group is better than livial group. (2) Safety analysis: the examination result of blood, urinary routine test liver and kidney function were normal after treatment. No side effect was found.Conclusion: Yikunning is effective and safety in the treatment of the perimenopausal syndrome. It is worth further researching and widely using on clinic.
