Human resources management in the modern enterprise month has been taken, and more next month will be playing the vital role. These years, along with the development of our country socialist market economy, China's enterprise had rapid development , the leaders of the enterprises also start to take the human resources as important role. But the hospital human resources management basically continues to use the traditional personnel management pattern, no matter from the management idea , management system, manages the mechanism or from the management confiscation, the management measures and so on all cannot be suitable to socialist market economy development and the medical service public health reform and the need to develop.
