There is a change in the type of brucellosis in 1973-1998 compared with recent many years, and the type is mainly sheep1 brucellosis in Jilin Province in 1973-1998.Baicheng City of Jilin Province is the focus of outbreak and spread of the disease brucellosis. This paper was surveys and studies based on the 2005-2006 pandemic strain of the brucellosis in Baicheng, and it provide an important evidence a study of the development trend of brucellosis popular species in recent years, meanwhile, the epidemic disease prevention and control brucellosis in Baicheng important guiding significance.In this paper, the results are as follows :1. Through primary screening test and formal testing final diagnosised Brucellosis 265 cases in Baicheng during the period 2005 -2006, among the total the positive strain cultivated was 22 cases.2, Cultivated and compared the 22 were positive serum for the disease brucellosis strains with the preservation of international standard laboratory strain 16M bacteria sheep, cattle bacteria 544A, and breeds bacteria 1330S.3, The control results was : cattle strain type 1, type 1 6 strains sheep, goats 3 15 strains.
