Purpose: To define the regression equation for predicting an optimalpressure level of nasal-continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) in the treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) from parameters of both PSG monitoring and physical examination and to verify its accuracy and reliability, for offering a easy method to decide the Pm in clinical work. Methods: Phase 1: We choose 121 patients with moderate to severe OSAHSwho did pressure titration in sleep laboratory of West China hospital. Using Peff as dependent variable to determine the multiple regression equation with parameters of PSG and physical examination .Phase 2: Evaluate the regression equation by compare the therapeutic effects of n-CPAP on patients with moderate to severe OSAHS between predetermined group whose pressure was predetermined by multiple regression equation and actual group whose pressure level was obtained from traditional titration.
